Success is never easy. It takes a lot of hard work, determination, and discipline to achieve your goals. But it’s often difficult to stay motivated when you’re not seeing the results that you want. One way to overcome this problem is by tracking your progress so that you can see how far you’ve come and be reminded of all the positive changes that have taken place in your life because of your commitment!
The better version of yourself is someone who has the confidence and discipline to stick with their goals, so it’s important that you track your progress. It can be easy for motivation to waver when we’re not seeing quick results, but by tracking our progress we’ll see how far we’ve already come and know what a positive impact we’ve made on our lives.
Tracking your progress doesn’t have to be time-consuming, either! You can use a simple chart or spreadsheet and update it daily with what you did that day. Tally up the number of days in which you accomplished all of the tasks for one goal (e.g. completed your workout three times a week), and then compare this number to the days you haven’t met that goal. The more days you’ve accomplished it, the higher up on the chart or spreadsheet!
